Your way to SIXTThe SIXT rental counter is located on the first floor of the Rental Car Center lobby. To reach the lobby, please follow the escalator from baggage claim down to the south tunnel and look for the Rental Car Center signage. Follow the escalator up to the Rental Car Center and the SIXT customer service counter will be to the far right corner of the rental counters. Our agents will be happy to assist with your rental and give directions to the vehicle which is located on the 2nd level of the garage. To drop off customers at the Rental Car CenterTake I-205 to the Airport Way West Portland Airport exit. Head toward the airport on Airport Way past 82nd Avenue and as you approach the airport, please stay to the left to follow the signs for Rental Car Center and Airport Exit. After merging left, please follow the signage to the right for the Rental Car Center customer drop off. Please do not enter the garage for customer drop off. Return informationTake I-205 to the Airport Way West Portland Airport exit. Head toward the airport on Airport Way past 82nd Avenue and as you approach the airport, please stay to the left to follow the signs for Rental Car Center and Airport Exit. After merging to the left, the Rental Car Return will be straight ahead up the ramp. Please follow the SIXT return signage to return spaces located on the 2nd level of the garage.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT CARD INFORMATION:-

ACCEPTED American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, MasterCard (not debit or prepaid), Visa (not prepaid). A deposit amount of USD 700.0 will be held against your credit card for the duration of the rental. Your deposit is a guarantee held in the event of damage/theft of the vehicle. This will be released if there is no theft or damage during the rental period. Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability which can be found in the Damage Waiver Liability section. Credit card(s) must be valid for up to 6 months after the rental has ended. NOT ACCEPTED: No other payment types will be accepted. Virtual payment cards are not accepted A valid credit card in the first name and surname (no abbreviations) of the lead driver must be presented at the rental desk in order to pre-authorise/charge a deposit. Please be prepared to provide the PIN number of the credit card(s) presented as suppliers could require this to proceed with the rental contract. In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card or the credit card is not in the lead driver's name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

26 to 99 Years

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.

Travel Restrictions

Please note that customers intending to travel across country/state borders or to different islands within the same country should contact the Rental Company directly prior to pick up to advise of their travel plans.
